D'lish is owned and run by Alan Joynt. Alan is best known to the people of Dundalk from Riva brasserie and Riva townhouse where he was Executive Chef from 2008 -2011

Having grown up in a family run guest house in Co. Wicklow, Alan developed a passion for food early in life helping to serve home cooked meals to guests with ingredients fresh from the garden.

Starting off working in some of the most popular restaurants in mid town Manhattan, Alan began his professional relationship with food. Travelling extensively through Asia he learned about many flavours which still influence his food today.

All this has led to a range of tasty gourmet menus full of exciting flavours that look great!

Alan and his team provided us with everything we needed on the day after our wedding. Nothing was too much bother. We just told him what we were looking for and he took it from there! Excellent service and would highly recommended him.
